Your heart is at your left, so the turn is not on the left....it was very painful for me.

No, I didn't see this, but the night was painful, so I use the pain killer patch, it goes away now.  I cannot turn left to put the weight on my heart. But still, painful.

I cannot curl, turn left, pressing my heart (I gain some weight), both curl (bending the knee is painful), left to right. 2 years ago, that otter one night, is straight his 2 legs on the baby's craddle. The girls we have to always straight, straight your 2 legs, don't bent.
